What is Passion Camp?
Passion Camp is centered around the glory of God. Middle and high school students gathered together for four days of worship, teaching and community. Not to mention, four fun days on the shores of Daytona Beach! We want middle schoolers and high schoolers to leverage their lives for what matters most—the fame and glory of God!

What does the cost of Passion Camp include?
There are 4 packages for Passion Camp and the cost per student or leader is determined by which package you choose. These packages include a combination of the following: Admission to all Main Sessions, lodging for 4 nights, lunch and dinner at the Ocean Center on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and Passion Camp materials. Please see our package section for all details on each package type.
Do we have to pay the full price to register?
A deposit of $75 per person is all that's required to secure spots at Passion Camp. If you pay by credit card, deposits will be due upon registration. If you pay by check, deposits are due within 10 business days of registering and spots are not guaranteed until payment of deposit is received. In addition, if your package includes a hotel, your hotel choice and rooms will be held with your deposit; however, they are not secured for your group until your final balance is received. A second deposit of $75 per spot is due on April 6 (bringing your total deposit to $150 per spot). If your final balance is not received by June 3, your hotel rooms may be released. If payment is received after June 3, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide you with the same hotel choice or number of rooms at the original pricing.
Please note, there is a $100 late fee for any Second Deposit or Final Balance not paid by the applicable payment deadline.
What are the payment deadlines?
A $75 per person deposit due within 10 business days of registering. Spots and hotel rooms are not confirmed until payment is received.
February 9 is the Cancellation Deadline: If you drop spots by February 9, the deposits for those spots will be transferred toward your final balance. Any spots dropped after February 9 are non-transferrable.
A second deposit of $75 per spot is due on April 6 (bringing your total paid to $150 per spot). All second deposits are non-transferrable.
After June 3, you will not be able to drop spots for Passion Camp and are responsible for the full amount of each spot.

Is my deposit refundable?
Passion Camp deposits are not refundable but they are transferable to your remaining balance due until February 9. If you choose to lower your number of Passion Camp registrations before the Cancellation Deadline on February 9, any deposit paid will be applied to your outstanding balance. After February 9, deposits will no longer be transferable. A second deposit of $75 per spot is due on April 6 (bringing your total deposit to $150 per spot). All second deposits are non-transferable.
